Mendham Resident Joins P.G. Chambers School
Board of Trustees
Entrepreneur dedicates time to helping school for
handicapped children
Cedar Knolls, NJ (April 17, 2006) – David Nakamura, co-founder of Natrel Communications, Inc., a healthcare advertising agency, and Mendham Township resident, has been named to the Board of Trustees of P.G. Chambers School, Cedar Knolls.
In 1999, soon after moving to Mendham and launching Natrel Comminications, headquartered in Parsippany, Mr. Nakamura and his wife, Rose, learned of the P.G. Chambers School, and the difference it makes in the lives of children with special needs. Since that time, David and Rose have become active supporters of the School and its special education, therapy and recreational programs for children with special needs.
About P.G. Chambers School
Founded in 1954, P.G. Chambers School offers a wide range of learning and therapeutic programs designed to help children from birth to age 22 with learning, physical, speech-language and sensory disorders develop the skills they need to realize their unique talents and capabilities. In fact, the stated mission of the School is "discovering the unique potential within every child."
P.G. Chambers School is funded by government and private grants, fees and tuition,and financial support from individual donors, foundations and corporations. The School has nonprofit, tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
