Annual Golf Classic Raises More Than $150,000 for P.G. Chambers School
P.G. Chambers School’s Annual Golf Classic raised $152,000 in support of the students and families served by the school. Held at Roxiticus Golf Club, the sold-out event welcomed 111 golfers for a day that brought together families, friends, sponsors, and community supporters.

The funds raised through golf registrations, sponsorships, donations, silent auction bids, and raffle sales support the education, therapies, and assistive technology that are central to the student experience at P.G. Chambers School.
A highlight of the event was a message from Julia and Barry Katz, parents of Annie, a P.G. Chambers School student. Julia shared how their family found the school after Annie’s early intervention services ended at age three. She described the moment they toured P.G. Chambers and knew it was the right place for their daughter.

“School is quite literally Annie’s favorite place.”
Julia spoke about the teachers, therapists, nurses, paraprofessionals, social workers, and staff who are part of Annie’s daily life at school. She also reflected on the progress Annie has made and the relationships their family has built with the people who support her.
For the P.G. Chambers community, the Golf Classic is more than an annual outing. It is a gathering that reflects the connection between families, students, staff, and supporters who believe in what is possible when children have the right people and resources around them.
