Ways to Support P.G. Chambers School and its Programs

P.G. Chambers School is one of the region’s most important nonprofit community organizations, servicing the needs of students with developmental and other disabilities and their families. As a first-choice referral for area physicians, hospitals, school districts, and community social service agencies, our programs reach children from a ten-county area of northern New Jersey.

The quality and consistency of our programs depends on the support we receive from both public and private sectors.

Support Our Events

P.G. Chambers school holds regular fundraising events throughout the year to raise awareness of the school and its mission. Funds raised through these events help to provide new technologies, curriculum, specialized equipment, and materials to students with disabilities.

Regular events include:

Menus for the Mind, a dinner event held in the Spring and featuring inspiring speakers and a live auction;
The P.G Chambers School Annual Golf Classic, a beautiful day of golf and activities in honor of P.G. Chambers School children and families. Our Classic is usually help in May; and
The P.G. Chambers School Walk.Run.Roll 5K, including a children’s race, 5K/One mile walk, and awards ceremony.

Forever Forward, Legacy Giving to Benefit P.G. Chambers School

Volunteer

From Story Time, to gardening, to help with P.G. Chambers events, one of the greatest gifts of all is your donation of time and engagement with our community to support our children and the school.

We welcome individuals as well as community, school, and corporate groups to get involved. There are many opportunities designed to match the interests of the both volunteers and needs of the school.

Gifts in Kind

Your gifts in kind can help us in a variety of ways. Gifts of useful items and services allows us to redirect resources that might have been spent on them in other productive ways, and, they can be used immediately without purchasing or procurement delays. Additionally, gifts in kind help support our silent auction at our Menus for the Mind event, and thus have the potential to multiply significantly in value. In addition, working with us through pro bono professional services has vast potential to improve P.G. Chambers School’s organizational operations and efficiency.
