Former Rutgers University football star Eric LeGrand, who sustained a life-changing spinal cord injury in 2010, will be speaking at P.G. Chambers School’s 70th Anniversary Menus for the Mind event on April 18, 2024. The School’s signature fundraising event will take place at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ.

In October 2010, Eric LeGrand was injured during a fourth-quarter play at MetLife Stadium. While his initial prognosis was grim, Eric demonstrated his titan strength by shattering all expectations for his recovery and rehabilitation.

Menus for the Mind is co-chaired by Morristown resident Susan Kloss and New Vernon resident John Simoudis. This year, Menus will mark the 70th anniversary of the opening of P.G. Chambers School and will bring awareness to the organization while raising necessary funding to serve our children. Funds raised will support our children’s mobility, communication, and educational needs and allow us to continue our work of discovering the unique potential within every child.

The event is made possible through the generosity of The MCJ Amelior Foundation and Verizon, as well as numerous community members. Sponsorship opportunities and individual tickets are available and can be purchased in advance online at https://www.chambersschool.org/events/menus.
