Executive Director Update, July 2020

Hello everyone!
We’re so pleased to have programs re-opening. Kids Count Child Care re-opened on Tuesday, July 7th, the School program opened to in person services on Monday, July 13th, and Early Intervention will begin in-center services shortly.
It’s been a challenging four months, and there are more challenges ahead as move to this next phase of providing services during the pandemic. Our incredibly impactful and high quality work has and will continue (despite the challenges) because of all of you. We are so fortunate to have such engaged and resilient families, dedicated and talented staff, and generous and loyal donors. As more and more people and services return to the building, it is essential that we continue to work together and prioritize health and safety for our students, our families and our staff. Therefore, I provide the attached Shared Responsibility Statement / Declaracion de Responsabilidad Compartida for every staff member and family. We each have a responsibility in assuring the health and safety of our community, and while that’s always true, it has never been more clear and crucial.
